• Convenient part bins for LH/RH parts
• Customized floating C-Frame design
• Robust Destaco clamps
• Balluff linear transducer
• Integrated load cells
• Fiber-optics
• Allen Bradley SLC-500 PLC
• Allen Bradley PanelView 600 HMI

Integrating both the RH/LH stations into one comprehensive machine provided the customer with a unique solution. The Automated Swing Arm Bearing Press is an all-inclusive machine with poke-yoke capabilities, robust integrated equipment, fast and efficient bearing installation and a customized floating C-Frame design. The successful application of the Automated Swing Arm Bearing Press led to the development of a strong relationship with the customer, and subsequently the design, build, and installation of numerous new jobs.
