JR Automation is proud to have received the Best Achievement in Operational Excellence to Deliver Business Transformation Award for a project focused on new business acquisition management improvement and synchronization.

Holland, MI – March 21, 2019 – JR Automation is proud to have received the Best Achievement in Operational Excellence to Deliver Business Transformation Award for a project focused on new business acquisition management improvement and synchronization. JR Automation team members accepted the award at the Business Transformation & Operational Excellence Awards Ceremony in Orlando, FL on March 21, 2019.

"This is a huge honor for our team, and we are excited to be recognized for our hard work,” says John Rokus, Vice president of Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Engineering. “It has been extremely rewarding to optimize a process that has helped win more business, and we hope it continues to contribute to our company’s growing success."

JR Automation began embarking on a Lean Six Sigma journey in March 2016. This project presented an opportunity to demonstrate the power of specific tools geared more towards Design for Six Sigma in the organization.
